MEDICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We aim to lower barriers to medications for psychiatric conditions. Psychiatric medications can help address issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood instability, among other behavioral health symptoms.

Dr. Justin Mitchell, D.O.

Medical Director

Dr. Mitchell is a Family Medicine physician who has served as a hospitalist at Integris Miami Hospital since 2017. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he holds the role of Chief Medical Officer. In 2025, Dr. Mitchell earned subspecialty board certification in Addiction Medicine, further expanding his expertise in the comprehensive management of complex medical and substance use disorders. His dual focus on clinical excellence and executive leadership reflects a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the community he serves.

Laci Barton, APRN-CNP

Director of Operations

Laci Barton is a nurse practitioner that transitioned from Family Medicine to Addiction Medicine where she continues to practice with a focus on the management of substance use disorders and associated psychiatric conditions. She also acts as the Modoc Nation Health Services Director of Operations.

 

Sheila Hart, PMHNP-BC

Medical Provider

Sheila Hart is a nurse practitioner that specializes in psychiatric/mental health. Her focus has been varied within the psychiatric field to include treating patients across the lifespan. In addition to her direct service experience, she previously acted as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Missouri Southern State University.

Amy Perry, PMHNP-BC

Medical Provider

Amy S. Perry, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. She treats a broad spectrum of mental health and substance use disorders and offers psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and has been board certified since 2015. Amy is committed to collaborative care and works closely with patients through open communication, education, and compassionate, evidence-based treatment. Her goal is to help individuals and families feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward improved mental health and quality of life.
