Strategies & Interventions

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children learn and strengthen positive behaviors, communication, and daily living skills through structured teaching and reinforcement. It focuses on understanding how behavior works and using individualized strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and support healthy development.

Parent-Child Ineraction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment for young children and their caregivers that focuses on improving behavior and strengthening the parent-child relationship. Through live coaching, caregivers learn skills to increase positive interactions and set consistent limits, helping children develop better emotional regulation and reduce disruptive behaviors.

Incredible Years – Beginnings Training Program is an evidence-based early childhood intervention designed to strengthen young children’s social, emotional, and problem-solving skills through structured, play-based learning and positive adult guidance. It also supports caregivers and teachers in using effective strategies to promote positive behavior, build strong relationships, and prevent conduct problems.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on understanding, identifying and changing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Medication Management Services  – We aim to lower barriers to medications for psychiatric conditions. Psychiatric medications can help address issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood instability, among other behavioral health symptoms.
