MNBH utilizes evidence-based and healthy connections with people, animals, and the environment to promote personal wellness.
Modoc Nation Health Services is a subsidiary of and owned and operated by the Modoc Nation, a federally recognized tribe.
We currently accept Oklahoma SoonerCare, BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma, and self-pay. Our services are offered to Native American and non-Native individuals, and we’re committed to providing a safe, supportive space for all.
